How can I change my password?  
Use this link to change your password.

My account has been locked. What do I do now?  
Please call your Help Center.

I have forgotten my password. What do I do now?
If you have answered the security questions, select the Forgot Password in the upper right corner of the page and follow the instructions. If you need any assistance call the Help Center.

Where do I input my Org ID?
We have consolidated the Organization ID and User ID separated by a / . This consolidated information should be entered in the User ID input box.

When do I use a token?   
If you have been provided a token, please login using the "Token Login" option. Alternatively, you may login with just your User ID and Password; however, you will be prompted to enter the token information when completing certain transactions.

Where do I enter my token information?  
Use the GO TO TOKEN LOGIN link.  You will be presented with a PIN + Token input box to enter your credentials. 

How do I keep my personal information secure?
To keep your personal information safe and secure, never provide your ID, password or other information as the result of an e-mail request. If you receive such a request that appears to come from Northern Trust, please contact the Security Center.

In case of an emergency event how can I receive updated Northern Trust information?
You may call toll-free from anywhere in the U.S. to hear a recorded message about your local Northern Trust office. Please call 1-800-682-0009, Northern Trust's Client Emergency Line, for updates and other relevant information.
