Mike Sullivan is a Senior Vice President at The Northern Trust Company. He is the Head of Correspondent Trust Services for North America. This team offers comprehensive custody, technology, lending and asset management services to help support wealth management providers such as community banks, registered investment advisors and trust companies.

Prior to his current role, Mike was a Client Executive. Mike served corporate clients by providing trust and custody services. Mike's ultimate responsibility is client satisfaction. As the relationship advisor and advocate, he focused on developing long-term, rewarding partnerships. On an on-going basis, Mike served as the client strategist and facilitator by managing Northern Trust's commitment to the client; addressing client issues to ensure appropriate resources were dedicated to the relationship; and establishing a solid business relationship.

Mike was a Senior Institutional Trust Account Manager in the Large Corporate Group, at Northern Trust. In this role, Mike was responsible for the daily administration and servicing of various large, complex client relationships. His specific responsibilities included: performing the day-to-day account support activities; documenting and complying with client-specific procedures, managing specific client issues and ensuring resolution to the client's satisfaction.

Before joining the Large Corporate Group, Mike worked in our Investment Manager Liaison Group (IMLG) where he supported large institutional investment managers. He started his career at the Northern Trust as a Securities Technician in our Trade Processing Group.
